Iran is so incompetent it is hilarious. They are a theocracy, so what do you expect? Any country that bases its entire society on religion is doomed for failure. I'm not knocking religion. To each his/her own with regard to beliefs. However, religion dictating societal norms and laws is a recipe for distaer/failure/embarrassment. Iran is a worldwide laughingstock.
