They are not murderers unless convicted. All the facts will come into play. What I heard so far I would have to say not guilty. Let a jury decide with all the facts. Yes they could have done it different but a new fact just came out. They KNEW the person they was chasing was a KNOWN criminal. That will come into play as a mindset and probable cause. Not to restart this thread, but I'm sure the law there has some coverage for when if someone attacks you. Then you can use whatever means to defend yourself and this is what the accused would have been relying on as a defense when approaching victim. There is also a video of the shooting event which the guy who took it has now become a suspect in the Aubrey guys death.
