when it was all said and done, they may have had Koresh on marrying a 14 yr old. Texas law at the time gives ok with the parents consent even though they not may have had it,

Now it was said that the ATF had a problem because they said that Koresh made a legal semi auto rifle into full auto. This is now illegal everywhere in the USA but at the time not illegal in Texas with a 21$ permit in texas..

even if he did not have the permit, the proper procedure would have been to issue him a writ and send an agent to investigate first, not a team with tanks
