Not sure what you mean. User images have the same sort options as streams. Just hit the drop-down and choose top.

Your latest images are displayed on your profile page. Click "see all" next to them and it brings up your user-images page.

Always surprised to look back and see that a meme went viral, always feels really random. Some memes can take awhile to think and actually create. But I spent probably less than 30 seconds making or reposting each of those memes, lol.

If we could have some sort of feature for sorting memes by all-time viewership and/or upvote count (even if just on our own profiles), I think it’d be interesting and help keep memers inspired and focused on making more content that was a hit.

It's already an option. You can see them by stream, by user, by template, etc.

If you want to see the top upvoted meme a certain user had, go to their profile, click "see all" just above their images and then you can see them, separated by stream if you so desire.
