You know what happens when the rich get taxed and they can't find a loophole? They pass it on down to the businesses they own. It goes like this: Rich People->Businesses->Prices->consumer.
In the end the consumer pays all taxes no matter where they originate.

Sounds like economic blackmail to me, I would assume , anyone with a an IQ over room temperature would agree.
Competition in business determine by supply and demand., such as.... The price of oil for example.
Not paying $5 per gallon for gas when they can’t give it away.
