Really? When the authorities are using drones to harangue the citizens to chase them home and police come to your home and lecture you about "social distancing" with your own child, then it HAS become a police state.
BTW, the above example happened and the police said "we will document your uncooperation" and went on social media and denegrate the mom for living in a trailer.
