I miss the portable swamp that Fred and George created to mock Umbridge. And how Flitwick pretended it was too advanced magic the twins used so he couldn't remove it (to only get it away with a snap of his fingers after Umbridge was driven out of the castle).

I was so mad that they just took out peeves in general.

Well, I was not really missing Peeves.... Except for that moment, as Peeves did not only follow a student's order for the first time known in Hogwarts history, but the way he did was simply wonderful.
"Peeves, it unscrews the other way!" -- It was really awkward knowing those words were said by none other than McGonagall.

I hate how they avoided the fact that Neville could have been the chosen one. Harry acts all high and mighty all the time.

I didn’t like how they changed Ginny. In the book she was like this bada** quidditch warrior queen and in the movies she was basically Harry’s gf and nothing else.

Yuck. I hated that.

I also didn't like that they gave all of Ron's best lines to Hermione, making her even more perfect than she was, but also making Ron seem like Harry's mascot. In the Prisoner of Azkaban movie, the line "If you're going to kill Harry, you'll have to kill us too" was given to Hermione instead of Ron. In the book, Ron stood up ON A BROKEN LEG and stood up for Harry! A broken leg!! I would never dream of doing that, but it showed Ron's undying friendship for Harry and the reason he was put in Gryffindor.

I was definitely looking forward to "There's no need to call me sir, Professor." That was classic Harry.

And that took out the part about nevilles parents. I feel like that was really important to his character

That was absolutely unacceptable. At that part, Harry finally realizes that it's not just about him. That Neville is not some kid who was accidentally put into Gryffindor. I know they had to take out some components of the book to shorten the movies, but this needed to be in the movie.

Hermione had giant front teeth in the books, but Emma watson wouldn't wear them because then she couldn't talk right.

For me, I did like the part where in Goblet of Fire, Dumbledore asked Harry calmly if he put his name in the Goblet of Fire.

In the movie, he straight up yells at him

"Thank you, 'Sir'."
"No need to call me 'sir,' professor."
