My wife, who is a transactional attorney and a grammar/formatting snob, asked me to take to the internet and make fun of Trump’s “letter” — i.e. taxpayer-funded campaign ad — claiming credit for the CARES Act, and the accompanying stimulus payments, which was entirely Congress’s doing.
And so, I did.
