Actually with the recent crimes of Obamagate finally coming to light and the interference of his first 3 and 1/2 years of crap accusation after crap accusation wasting Americas and the presidents time and
Dems not bothering to focus on real issues. There shouldn't be another election till 2024 and then he gets in again till 2028. This gets hair sniffing shoulder fondling skirt surfing Joe off the hook and they can put their next losing patsy up against Trump.

I knew Trump would be elected. Knew the Mueller investigation was crap. Knew Kavanaugh would become a scotus justice. Knew the impeachment was a hilarious joke. I feel pretty good.

This whole COVID lock down panic is going to backfire in November on the Dems, too. Big time.
3 ups, 5y
I think so, along with having picked Dementia Joe. But I didn't expect the Dems to regain Congress. What a great service those f**kwit voters did. Congress has done nothing but obstruct, f**king useless cockroaches.

37 indictments, 7 convictions, and 5 prison sentences says the Mueller investigation wasn't the nothingburger Republicans claimed it was all along.

https://abcnews.go.com/Politics/breakdown-indictments-cases-muellers-probe/story?id=61219489

As for the rest: All you really had to bank on was the hyperpartisanship and cynicism of the GOP Senate, and it didn't disappoint.

I had a little more faith in them than you did -- particularly when it comes to hearing any witnesses at all in the Senate trial -- but it appears that faith was misplaced.

All that remains now is to vote in November. See you there.

See the news (for you) about Flynn getting screwed?

Indictments mean shit.

Nothing to do with Trump. Sorry! Better luck next time!

Because you’re batting zero with respect to HRC, Joe Biden, Hunter Biden, McCabe, Page, Strzok, and anyone else Trump has threatened to lock up, whined about over Twitter, or otherwise baselessly politically persecuted for the past 3+ years.

And don’t give me that “they’re protected by the deep state!” crap. Trump is the President. And as much of a partisan hack as AG Barr is, even he won’t move against these people, because there’s just no there there.

Barr spoke up and gave that press conference where he said the President’s tweets made it impossible for him to do his job: remember that?

Same story with that Durham guy with the goatee. Now’s the time to put up or shut up.

For more on how the adults in the room at the Justice Department have managed (or not) under 3 years of Trump, this offers a good in-depth view:

Oh yes, nothing there with Strzok at all. Too bad you only follow leftist MSM.

Any lawyer would know an indictment is proof of absolutely nothing. Try asking one.
1 up, 5y
There's absolutely no doubt of the political aspect. Especially from Strzok and Page. I actually held out hope for Mueller before he embarrassed himself testifying. Another partisan.

You mean with how they railroaded Flynn?
1 up, 5y
And it pretty funny how you use to claim the investigation was basically bs. But I don't expect you to be consistent.
4 ups, 5y
Remember when we actually heard Mueller and he was a confused dottering old man? Good job interviewing thousands and finding ZERO dirt on Trump.

And after all that, Trump wasn't impeached on any of that crap. Most of those indicted reside out side the US and out of reach of US prosecutors. Those that were convicted were convicted of "lying to the FBI" or some other such crap.

We didn't bank on anything but the truth.

The Dems are the most hyperpartisan and cynical organization ever existed, besides the N.S.D.A.P.

And Trump is still president and will be until 20JAN25

"Russiagate didn't lead to impeachment!"

Because House Democrats followed the evidence where it led and acted accordingly. Crazy concept, that. Some bad guys got nailed, but not the President himself.

Of course, you're omitting the fact that Trump *was* impeached just a few months later as a result of the Zelensky call and the months-long backchannel pressure campaign leading up to that. Evidence that couldn't ultimately be fully investigated, thanks to the Trump Administration's holistic obstruction of congressional subpoenas and the GOP Senate's aiding and abetting the same. Giuliani, Bolton, Mulvaney, and Pompeo never testified, let alone the President himself.

But it was still enough evidence to fill up these 658 pages. Dissenting opinions included in the interests of fairness & balance!

https://docs.house.gov/billsthisweek/20191216/CRPT-116hrpt346.pdf

I assigned this report as reading a few months ago: has anyone gotten around to it? At least a little bit of it? Enough to have an intelligent conversation about its contents?

Turning back to the excerpted Zelensky call transcript above, which is easier reading:

"Biden's son..." a telling phrase, that. People are saying, indeed.

But no. Biden didn't stop any prosecution. Hunter Biden himself was never under investigation. What Biden did was help effectuate the removal of a detested former Ukrainian prosecutor who was himself corrupt and who was wanted gone as a matter of official US, EU, G-7, and IMF policy.

If there was something there, Trump should have gone through his own FBI. Indeed: prosecutor Lutsenko suggested this very thing! "Yuri Lutsenko said while he was Ukraine’s prosecutor general he told Rudolph W. Giuliani that he would be happy to cooperate if the FBI or other U.S. authorities began their own investigation of the former vice president and his son Hunter but insisted they had not broken any Ukrainian laws to his knowledge."

https://www.latimes.com/politics/story/2019-09-29/former-ukraine-prosecutor-says-no-wrongdoing-biden

No doubt about it, Trump tried to steal the 2020 election by bribers a foreign government to manufacture dirt on a political rival's son, but it blew up in his face, thanks to the brave whistleblower(s) and the Democratic House's decision to grow a spine.

Impeached forever. And indeed, acquitted forever thanks to the GOP Senate's spinelessness.

No, I'm not mad that Trump wasn't removed: I'm happy that y'all get to own that for the rest of history.

Deflection and more lies. You are an accomplished, practicing, unrepentant liar.
You created that PoliticsToo chicken coop for you and the other chickens who need a safe space.

You come around here because you are a classic collapsed narcissist.
You retreat to your echo chamber to get your "admiration" from people you don't really consider your peers, but you need affirmation from somewhere, even if it's from pathetic libtard losers.

Counseling would imply a desire on your part to get better, be rehabilitated. That's not the case with you. Pathological lying, (crude, clumsy) manipulations, preying on the decency of others is the hallmark of narcissists and it's the only way you can get attention because you are useless as tits on a wheelbarrow in a normal construct.

Between us girls, I really doubt that little retard gets paid. People that pay money want something for their money and he offers nothing. We do know he is a practicing, accomplished, unrepentant liar.
The "paid" part is just more bragging, more lies to build his sorry existence up. He's actually insane.
