Do all Trump’s connections to Epstein bother you?

Do you not care because you don’t think it happened, or because it just doesn’t make a difference to you whether it happened or not?

Should Trump go under oath to answer these allegations?

Epstein pled the Fifth when asked under oath about Trump, which is what I said.

It’s his Constitutional right to do so!

Interesting factoid I just found out the other day.

And now you know.

Epstein pled the Fifth when asked about Trump.

It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure that if Trump were ever asked under oath about Epstein, he’d plead the Fifth as well.

Do you support putting Trump under oath to find out?

Who’s been sued more times for minor rape: Trump or Biden?

If you’re willing to testify to that on the Senate floor, then you’ll be in the same position as Blasey-Ford

You can’t even place us in the same city at the same time, though — so I don’t have much to worry about.

Accusations aren’t proof, but sworn statements are evidence.

I’ll get around to uploading Jane Doe’s own signed affidavit here in a bit

The Tiffany Doe affidavit is important though because she’s a third-party witness, and she describes Epstein’s recruitment of minor
women and parties in a manner that is now common knowledge ever since his death — though it wasn’t necessarily in 2016 when she made the statement.

Evidence isn’t proof. It’s evidence.

Pop quiz: Tiffany Doe’s sworn affidavit — evidence or no?

Show me any comment in which I’ve claimed “accusations are proof.“ I’ll wait.

You made that claim here several times now. Time to back it up.

If I’ve been saying it for months, shouldn’t be hard, right?

She didn’t allege rape, by the way. Just a plausible, though nonconsensual upstairs-bedroom encounter involving two drunk high school boys.

Disqualifying on its own? No, not necessarily, if he’s behaved himself in the 30+ year since.

But the way Kavanaugh angrily denied everything, whined, cried, and pitied himself over it? Yeah. A performance not fit for dogcatcher in my book.

And the GOP Senate and Trump share blame for ramming the nomination through anyway.

Nope. All I’ve ever said is that sworn, under-oath testimony is evidence. Because it is, legally speaking.

So are signed affidavits: see above.

I haven’t said anything about proof. What’s your standard of proof?

And would you like Trump to answer these allegations with under-oath statements of his own? I would.

Not even remotely.

The corollary to your twisted defense of Trump’s every word (sse meme) is your efforts to twist everything liberals say, no matter how sensible.

But the yawning gap in competence between Trump and his followers and the reality-based community can’t be papered over anymore.

Average Americans are catching on, and this is why you will lose very, very badly in November.

I had to teach you that sworn testimony is evidence, so no, that one’s not going to fly.

No you didn't teach anything except for the fact you don't understand that people can lie under oath

Are you claiming the information in the affidavits is a lie?

How do you know?

I find it significant that the allegations check out with what is now public knowledge about Epstein’s predatory behavior, but which wasn’t necessarily in 2016 when they signed these.

And one day, all of this may be common knowledge about Trump as well.

All we know is two witnesses — Jane Doe and a third-party Tiffany Doe — have signed affidavits saying these allegations are true.

And which happen to correspond closely with all the other nasty stuff we now know about Epstein, which wasn’t necessarily public knowledge in 2016 when they signed these.

And about Trump’s jokes about Epstein’s social and sexual life.

And about Epstein taking the Fifth when asked under oath about Trump.

And about the 20+ other public allegations of sexual misconduct against Trump, which came out for the most part after these affidavits were signed, as I recall.

And about the “grab them by the pussy” hot mic remarks.

Would I like to hear Trump’s side of the story under oath as well? Of course.

Do you?

Until that can happen: all we can conclude is that this lawsuit is a giant f**king red flag.

Or, we can choose to ignore all of it.
