How you doing, Sew? Been a long time. I've been debating wether or not to return permanently to Imgflip for the past few months. I noticed on the meme deleting my account I said "Shit, I can't do this, I may return in a few weeks or months, don't expect over a year." I made that comment 3 years ago... I didn't notice till now... so I lied...

Shit yeah it's been awhile, I saw the name but didn't click in, thought maybe another troll acct. All good, working and keeping my distance. Shit's all f**ky but whatta ya gonna do?, arm up and storm the castle? I'm giving it till the election before I delete or not, this place aint what it used to be.

I've convinced like 3 users this week not to delete their account. It's never worth it, the site gets boring and a bunch of trolls at time, but you never know if you'll want to come back. Your points... history... are basically become non-existent over-time once you press the delete button. I really wish I would've just took a break, I would've definitley been back active again, but no.. I popped in like 5 comments every 5 months... but this time I'm choosing to be back for good and when I do get bored or something, I'll take a break. I've gone few days without looking at the site since I deleted 3 years ago.

I never understood why delete. All that body of work to be gone, and yeah, if they decide to return just to start from scratch,,,

I had this account before I deleted, it was called "Aliens" and was originally a joke where I had an Alien persona, but after I deleted it became the account I would comment from time to time on the site and came back for 1 week active in 2018 for an Aliens week. The past 2 months, I've been pretty active and decided to come back permanently now. I was the first millionaire to ever delete their account. Now, that seems to be pretty common...

Well Trump probably is going to be re-elected. Not a good idea to be on deleting accounts, If Timber wouldn't take a bet, then there's no reason you should. You've "bin" here for 5 years, I don't think anybody has been here that long and deleted. There's more to Imgflip than politics, it wasn't made for a site to argue political views and attack users, it was for us to make memes and laugh. It became that from 2016 and onward, and still is. There's really no other stream that would cause arguments (Maybe fun for all those upvote begging memes, but that's about it). I think a lot of these new users are really cool. A lot of users from our time are gone, but some of my favorite users are still around active (Olympian, Octavia, Andrew, You) and getting into some meme comments is what I missed. I had only a 14-month history on Imgflip on my old account, and 3 years later it still hurts that all of that is gone. You have a 5-year history on Imgflip, I don't think many deleted users even have half that. It's definitely not worth it. I think you should step away from this stream a bit. I'm gonna make too much memes on this one either, I posted my first one anonymous because I expected it to be pretty controversial, wasn't really. "Fun" memes are mostly pretty shitty when I look in latest, but then all these new meme streams are where the good memes are and I'm sticking with those, don't think I'll posting in fun again to have my memes buried underneath piles of shit.

Yeah, it's deffinately not like the old days, with the page 9 parties, meme offs and stuff. Lot of good users gone, Dash stops in now and again, Raydog too. I keep in touch with Lynch on facebook, she's cool, nice family. RWT aswell, he doesn't live far from me. I finally made the move to the left coast 2 yrs now.

There is no "page 9" anymore, just &after=[image id], new memes being featured every minute, people might have a bunch of other streams in the way, yeah it'd be a real clusterf**k but it'd be awesome if we had it again. Memes by random hundred point users and those memes would get 50 comments and lead to the most random shit, I bet a lot of them were thinking "WTF is this place?" I've been forgetting the most basic of stuff on this site, how to make GIF comments. Were they called Meme-offs? I forgot what most of us called it, I was about to say meme battle, that sounds ridiculous. Then meme war doesn't sound right.

"Perfectly healthy young people" have NOT died from covid. Some with underlying health issues and vulnerabilities have, and that number is very, very low, and that with new guidelines to list deaths as covid even without medical proof.

Well, old people don't make up any percentage of casinos because they are all closed.

The majority do have underlying health conditions, but there have been some healthy ones. The casinos are closed and for good reason. Since old people make up a large percentage of casinos, it would be extremely dangerous and the deaths would be hundreds higher, maybe even passing 1000 if they were never closed. The strip is definitely one of the last things that'll open in Vegas. Listening from Medical experts, Sisolak isn't even putting a date to open anything yet, much less the strip. Goodman on the other hand, does not listen to health experts.

Senior citizens are about 25% of who usually go to US casinos.
