Like I said read the 9th and 10th amendments. One precludes the govt. From doing anything not list in the constitution and the other reserves rights to the states and people. You have a right to provide for yourself and your family, or attempt to do that. The govt. is strictly limited from closing down businesses unless they exercise due process which is defined in the constitution as bringing the owner into a courtroom filled with a jury to decide.

Last night I re watched the flick Waco about the ATF raid. I laughed at every agent that got shot and killed.
