For another, national head to head does not reflect the Electoral count. Ask Hillary, LOL.

I’m talking about news networks. People who answer a Fox News poll are more likely to be conservative. People who answer a CNN poll are more likely to be liberal. Polls from news networks or candidate campaigns just aren’t always accurate.

The polls in 2016 were a bit off, but not that much. HRC still won the popular vote by a landslide.

Maybe they've since fixed the problems in their methodology. We'll see.

Trump tweeted about "millions" of illegal votes in November 2016 before taking office. He's since had 3 years as President to investigate that, and if he really believed that, then he should have.

People made all sorts of ridiculously high predictions of HRC's chances of winning, but I didn't pay them much mind. I do remember watching the NYT's election victor projection meter going haywire all night as the results trickled in and chuckling to myself.

Nate Silver, on the other hand, predicted Trump had an approximately 33% chance of victory, and so Trump's victory was well within the range of plausibility of his models.
