There’s an obvious correlation to population density and the number of cases and deaths. However it doesn’t mean that the cases won’t spread further and outward into less densely populated areas. Just look at South Dakota and the meat packing plant. Anywhere there are people together packed in you’re going to see a lot of cases spread fast.
