I'm actually on your side. SpongeBob is mocking all the Democratic politicians falling in lockstep endorsing Biden. The title "When constipation meets lukewarmness" indicates how these politicians are behaving, how they really feel. It also describes Joe himself; he's full of shit, yet at the same time doesn't really give a shit.
I will be proudly voting Republican come November, as long as the election isn't postponed.
I also as of yet need to find a fair maiden with whom to reproduce, to benefit society in the coming centuries.
