Really? Disasters are unexpected, uncontrollable and unstoppable. What it sounds like you are saying is that these deaths were caused by conservative presidents. Should we discuss the death toll? Yes. Should we use the deaths of the thousands of Americans to TRY making a point over which presidents are best? NO. If Obama were to face a nationwide crisis he would be the hero on American news networks. Instead, the two presidents that did/are face/ed a crisis are being bashed upside the head.

disasters are not always unstoppable. the WHO and CDC were created to not only mitigate disasters but also to thwart them. if presidents and prime ministers were better listeners, many disasters could be avoided.

Fair enough, but hurricanes and diseases cannot simply be stopped, (of course there are precautions). 9/11 is a tough topic and you may be right there, but there was little need of security around that time and adding it probably sounded outlandish to everyone. I cannot testify that to be true because I was not around then.

I see where you are coming from and it makes total sense, but Obama never had to deal with serious hurricanes or other natural disasters. I do believe that Obama dealt with shootings very well. The reason being that security increased tremendously after 9/11 and that kept from mass shootings (again, these are just my thoughts).
