'Is Freedom Not Essential?'

The restrictions they are currently placing on average citizens is stricter than what is typically allowed for convicts in prison, because it is considered cruel and unusual punishment. Even prisoners are allowed to socialize and exercise for a couple hours a day.
The police in my city have said we cannot even take walks as a family. (We can take walks, but only individually). My kids are too young to take walks by themselves. Therefore, my children are literally trapped in a small appartment with no outlet for physical activity.

While you are right. Even though it is unconstitutional, I would lose the court case because the courts are corrupt. And in my economic situation, a $1000 would literally leave me homeless and ruin my, and my families, life. Yes, fear is the weapon, and it is quite effective.

I can't help but feel strongly compelled to think that a good lawyer would convince a jury that taking your kids out during this situation is essential to their and your well being, BUT your response this is a clear sign of how f'ed up the situation is. Unbelievable. Truly sorry, boredmeme.
