Why are you so hung up on that? There can be little doubt that Russia likely swayed an American election. As little doubt as China created covid-19. When a country steals emails and releases them, timing them for the greatest effect prior to an election, to the point that Comey announces reopening an investigation, that Hillary got the debate questions prior to a debate, that the DNC was corrupt, there can be no doubt this changed the outcome.

Footnote 350 states that, in 2017, the FBI learned that intelligence reports “assessed that the referenced subset [of Steele’s reporting about the activities of Michael Cohen] was part of a Russian disinformation campaign to denigrate U.S. foreign relations.”

That same footnote (footnote 350) states that a separate report, dated 2017, “contained information … that the public reporting about the details of Trump’s [REDACTED] activities in Moscow during a trip in 2013 were false, and that they were the product of RIS ‘infiltra[ing] a source into the network’ of a [REDACTED] who compiled a dossier of information on Trump’s activities.”

Virtually none of that, is relevant to shows Hillary being helped but shows sowing discord and confusion to the American voter which is something the Russians love to do. The general public felt the dossier was fake prior to the election. No one even knew Trump was being investigated prior to the election so neither had effect on the outcome.

Trump was clearly helped. There is little wonder why the Russians held a huge champaign celebration in Moscow upon Trump's win.

Further, there is zero evidence that a single person changed their vote because the Russians bought $250K of Facebook ads.

In fact, Rosenstein plainly stated that Russia didn't alter the outcome of the election.

It can't help but be noticed that you only addressed the facebook Russian attack and said nothing about the stolen emails, the constant drip of leaked information against the Dem party and nominee throughout the election process, along with the largest nugget dropped less than a month from election day. It cannot be known what effect the facebook, twitter, and every other major social communication attack, had on the election. It cannot be discounted as nothing. It cannot be guaranteed to have had an effect.

The emails that never were proven by a government agency to be stolen by Russia? Those email? The emails in question were on a server the DNC refused to turn over to the FBI. Instead, they used a private company called Crowdstrike. So the emails were so important to the Russia investigation, but the Democrats didn't want to turn over the servers to the FBI?

Crowdstrike got a mirror image of the server, which is the SAME thing as the actual server.

Intelligence agencies don't need to see the server to know Russia interfered in our elections. That's why all but 2 of the 37 indictments were related to Russia in one form or another.
