And while we're at it, throw in the line item veto.

I am absoutely in favor of term limits for all branches of the government.

Relying on the voters to overcome their own inertia to remove poorly performing incumbents has not been effective in limiting Congress. I think the Congressional limit should be 4 terms for Senators, and 12 terms for Representatives, resulting in no member of Congress serving more than 24 years (6 presidential terms). Obviously, voters can make a change at any time.

For the Supreme Court, I think a limit of 30 years is appropriate. That's equivalent to 5 Senatorial terms, 15 Representative terms, and 7.5 Presidential terms.

I am not in favor of 1-2 term limits for Congress, because I think it is important to not rob the legislative of experience.

Nope... there is NO case for term limits. Period. The representatives and senators (wrongly) are elected by those who represent them. If their constituents want a change, they will change them.

(and yes, I'm a conservative who believes we the Constitution is A-OK)

Since there's nothing in the constitution prohibiting term limits, would you support something similar to the 22nd amendment, for members of congress?

The founders absolutely intended that their document be amended. They rightly made it difficult, but not impossible.

If the country is insane enough to amend the Constitution to impose term limits on Congress, then it would be the right way (to do the wrong thing). It's a different matter for the president to not be "for life", but truly was equally wrong. As was the 17th letting the citizens elect Senators. Part of the major problem we have today.

Go back to states (usually Governors) appointing them. Let Reps be elected (as designed) by the people without limits. That way the people's interests AND the states' interests are each being represented.

Your point about blaming Trump is correct though... they are just as much of the problem, but term limits is NOT the way to go.
