Mm. He obviously, for reasons known to him, appears to have less confidence in the mask/virus interface than DiBlasio, so he at least is consistent.
And my gauge of concern for the average American is higher for him, and I entertain hopes that ampler evidence of that could appear before the next election. We will see.
