If I need any health care at all, from an antibiotic prescription to brain surgery, then I will get it right here. Why? It’s too darn expensive and inconvenient to fly anywhere else for it.

Americans are a captive market to the American healthcare system.

That isn’t the ringing endorsement of our healthcare system that you think.
