Bit of a long story but to shorten it MatPat from Game Theory made a video about why Brock's eyes had small pupils and sometimes big pupils ( when we see them ). His conclusion was that Brock was on meth.

I remember reading somewhere that this guy was selling tyres and met these twins, one boy one girl. They introduced themselves as Jesse and James. The tyre guy started snickering. Then they did the entire team rocket intro. I don't know it it's true but it's funny either way.
