I wouldn't put it past them to push Joe out, and throw Cuomo in there. If they think they have any chance of beating Trump by doing so, they would do it. If they think Joe can beat Trump, they'll go with that. They literally do not care what they have to do, as long as they think they have chance of getting rid of the Tangerine Tornado.
