Last time, some GOP lawmakers objected to the relief bill because of the timeline. However, others voted against it because they substantively disagreed with certain provisions.

But Trump told the GOP to support the bill, and in the end, the majority of Republicans did as well. Because the approval for the bill was overwhelming, there was no need to delay further just to satisfy the concerns of a few dissenters.
Anyway: This time, the Senate passed the bill on Wednesday. The "We only wanted to read it!" excuse does not hold water this time. Lawmakers have had ample time to read it, and multiple news outlets have summarized the key points.
The vast majority of the House wants to pass it by voice vote. But apparently a sole dissenting Congressman has the power to force a recorded vote, and Rep. Massie is doing just that despite being whipped up and down and even tweeted at by the President. Many lawmakers are today having to fly back to D.C. just for this purpose.
So while I feel for these lawmakers, the silver lining is we will see which Congressmen vote against it. And I predict it will once again only be a small hardcore group of Republicans.
