Yes it is. Your FICA goes to Medicare. Your SSI goes to Social Security. Your Fed tax pays DC's bills, congress salaries, and military paychecks. Where do you think they are coming up with Trillions to give to the people? If they had Trillions laying around they could be paying down the national debt, or fixing the infrastructure, or Trump would be pissing it away on the cowards wall.
This is a handout, and it increases the national debt by once again printing money out of thin air at the Fed.

Minuchin has already informed the Fed to spin up the presses. Nobody has paid any Tax to cover COVID-19. Trump knew about it in December, and called it a hoax. He didn't admit it was a problem until March. Add 2 Trillion to the National Debt. And the Republicans have decided that if they can kill off Grandma, they can solve the problem.
