Trump hinted at it a couple days ago, and today said he came out and said he wants the country re-opened by Easter, which is three weeks away.
The stock market rallied today -- some are claiming because Dems and Reps are close to a new bailout deal, but I think it's more because of the President's statements and the growing consensus that we can't endure an indefinite shutdown.
The trade-offs here are difficult. But as a 30-something male in good health I am much more worried about the economy than coming down with a bug that's only a bit worse than the flu.
Biden is nowhere to be seen, really. If Trump really leads us out of this, changes the narrative of fear, and gets the quarantines speedily lifted, I'll be shocked and very pleased
