It's still the powers that be who are the buyers. The same people who engineer all events in the world and although they funded and promoted communism they are not communists. They own the Media, the banks, the corporations. Just look at the company stockholder lists banks comprise primarily the majority percentages of ownership in major corporations. Smaller companies may have the principal proprieter as a major holder but banks will always comprise the next biggest ownership.
The ChiComms can get the blame for it but it will be the people who bought us Communism who are the ones doing this massive wealth transfer. The ChiComms will be buying as well but they are controlled by the same interests I refer to as the powers that be. China makes no new friends from this but many new enemies.
Yes agreed, they have bought whole Governments, like PNG, Solomon Islands, Vanuatu, Northern Territory and Victoria (Australian states) they have even purchased several ex Australian Prime Ministers.
