Although, and I'm not joking when I say this, since the Dems have proven they will say and do anything to get rid of Trump, the '11 million dead' statement seems more like something they would be in favor of... assuming it got Trump out of office.

What Johnson said is, "“I’m not denying what a nasty disease COVID-19 can be, and how it’s obviously devastating to somewhere between 1 and 3.4 percent of the population." 3.4% of the population is 11 million people.

So you're saying he only used percentages to express how many might die, not hard numbers?

And just to throw a little rationality and calmness into this, I was asking about the percentages versus hard numbers, because I was going to point out that if he only mentioned percentages, he was not only a scumbag, but an irresponsible, ignorant scumbag, if he was likely using percentages without knowing their equivalent in hard numbers.

Lighten up. Don't assume someone is thinking one way or the other without knowing.
