I don't think someone who is really a conservative would be for this. If they are, I don't believe they're a conservative. Now, I'm not an expert on conservatives, so I could be wrong. It just seems like throwing money at a problem is not something a conservative would do.

Which could be a pretty clear indicator that Trump is no conservative. I think he knows he has to do something or be vilified, more so than he already is, by the press. (if that's even possible) From what I know about Trump, he might just suggest the exact thing that a liberal would do, just to confuse them.
