As a matter of fact he was. There were a number of reasons for "Wilson", but my first name is Brian and that was probably the biggest factor. :-)

Well hello Brian, my name is Adrien...it's a pleasure to meet ya! :) "Brian Wilson" by "The Barenaked Ladies" was the first thing that popped into my head when you mentioned your dog's name! LOL! I hope that you are familiar with attached "meme"...I saw "Deathtrap" when released in theatre in 1982 (Michael Caine, Christopher Reeves, Dyan Cannon)...it's one of my very favourite movies starring one of my very favourite actors, Sir Michael Caine! Take 'er easy my friend! :)
P.S. Wilson's a handsome lookin' pooch...does he have a little "Irish" in him? Happy Paddy's Day! LOL!

Happy St. Paddy's Day Adrien. Unfortunately I have not seen "Deathtrap", but I will put it on my list. I think we're heading for lockdown pretty soon so I'll probably be having some free time. Wilson is Golden Retriever, but his coat makes him look like he might have some Irish Setter in him. I hope things are same out there, they're pretty surreal here...Stay healthy! :-)

Hello my friend! :) Yeah things are quickly changing here too. All public gatherings are discouraged, folks asked to "social distance"...the smart ones are "self-isolating" to take care of ourselves and one another! :) But so far so good, thank God...I believe that our 9 day State of Emergency (January Snowmageddon) where all hands were basically stuck in the house, is helping us cope a bit. You and me and Bobby McGee will get through this just fine if we all take care of each other! :)

Dan Aykroyd! How many funny people can Canada possibly produce? LOL! Back in 2007, Dan Aykroyd was at our local liquor stores promoting "Crystal Head Vodka" so I printed off four photos of "Elwood" for him to sign. When I finally got to his table (bigggg lineup) I extended my hand, Dan stood up to great me and as we were shaking hands I smiled and said "Dan, you ignorant s**t!" Mr. Aykroyd laughed and happily personalized and signed four pics as Christmas gifts for me and my friends...you talk about a surreal experience! :) I walked away in a dreamlike state with my treasures...thinking "What a nice fuggin' guy!" LOL! Sorry for the long post! :) Take care buddy!

I've always been partial to Canadian humor. Back in the '80's we'd watch SNL followed by SCTV and virtually every week SCTV was funnier. It must be because I'm half Canadian. Both my dad's parents were born in The Great White North (I think Edmonton) and my dad was the first to be born south of the border. I travelled The South Pacific years ago and I had several Canadians ask me where in Canada I was from. Must get the accent from living so close to the border. Stay healthy, Adrien, this won't last forever!
