I thought you were leaving? How can I miss you, if you don't go away.

OK, Troll. I was just saying what the President was asaying about the safety of going about our daily business. I said it in a satirical way, using his "fine people," as my foils. Surely, you are not so stupid that you weree unaware of what the president was sayinag, at that time, about doing stuff that Dr. Fauci and others were cautioning against.

Sorry, Svengali, I don't want you to die. I have many Russian friends. (That was a Joke. But, you should see Alexandra.) Stop acting like a Troll and I'll stop calling you one. Good luck with your mission. As the president says, "Relax." And, stop buying so much toilet paper.

You extreme right wingers are the only ones who call me a leftist. But, this whole thing started with you seeing words that were never there, nor were they intended to be. Now, what do you call a person who constantly sees things that aren't there?

Liar. I did not in any part of this meme wish death upon anyone. And, I do not have enemies. I may disagree with people. But, I do not take a war footing while debating. Only an extremist would see things that way. Have a pleasant day, accusing people of things they do not do. You appear to be good at it.

You are a liar. I just used the President's approach to encouraging people to get together. And, just so you know it, I will no longer enter into discussions with people who lie after being informed of the lie and continue to do so. If you insist on lying, this will include you.

I was simply saying what the President said about going out and doing things, at the start of this outbreak. If that was wrong, I may have to stop listening to him. And, please remember as you go away forever, you came looking for me. I have never visited you meme site. If you don't like what I say, the door swings both ways.

Here, let me be of assistance:

The source of confusion seems to be this:

"CARRYING TORCHES AND HUDDLING TOGETHER IN LARGE GROUPS REPELS THE CORONAVIRUS.

GET TOGETHER WITH YOUR LIKE-MINDED FRIENDS. AND, DON'T WORRY IF YOU HEAR COUGHING. IT WILL PASS."

The problem with wishing death upon anyone you don't like is that life might pull an O. Henry or a Rod Serling on you and include the mirror in the process or perhaps on some irritating loved ones. Something like that.

Stay healthy my friends.

I was just talking like the President. Was that wrong?

Ok, maybe I'm a little too weird about joking about death & disease afflicting people.
I mean, I get what the point of your meme was and it is funny, but then you called someone a liar when he wasn't lying about the wishing death bit. Not that you really would want them to die from it, but you said what you said.

There is an old rule that says you should never explain a joke. That meme was written when President Trump was telling us all that the Coronavirus was like the flu and when things warmed up we would all be fine. It was satire, which is not always supposed to be "Ha Ha Funny." I took those "very fine people," and made them the specific targets of his horrendous advice. I don't really want anyone to die. My meme did not say so. The Troll , Timber, knows that. It is a matter of him and others taking Don Jr's lead in saying that "liberals want millions to die." If the President, at that time, told people to go about their normal lives, why can't I? The President was telling people to do things that might cost them their lives. The difference is, I was using satire to encorage people to react differently. My goal was to make the point that what the President, and I, were suggesting was wrong. Most people got that and moved on.

The joke requires no explanation, like I said, "I get what the point of your meme was and it is funny"
Thing is that it doesn't take much to proceed from there for others to see that wishing death upon them is implicit.

My point of contention was more about calling another a liar for interpreting it that way, when obviously death is a possible consequence of the disease. Fussy over a detail like that may seem a tad much, but that doesn't make them a liar.

Saying, "I think this means..." is one thing. Saying "It says..." when it does not, is another thing. And, if I am supposed to allow him to read into my meme something that isn't there and was never intended to be there, why can't I be allowed to interpret that as him lying?
