Nebulous? It's more like OBVIOUS. Red states make up the majority of the states that use the most government assistance. Blue states make up the majority of the ones that use the least. Meanwhile, Trumpers are constantly whining about Dem candidates talking about social programs crying about "who's going to pay for all this?" Looks like it's blue states that are paying the price.
