Another thing I forgot to mention: ImgFlip has no obligation to host anyone’s content that they do not want to, and the Global MODs (and Stream MODs for that matter) have the right to delete or unfeature any content for any reason or no reason at all.
”Free speech” does not apply here, on a private website, in the sense that users cannot just post whatever the hell they want no matter how harassing, threatening, sexual, or trolling.
“Free speech” *does* apply, however, to the extent that ImgFlip and Stream MODs have the right to control the content and viewpoint that is expressed under their implicit permission. That’s a subtler aspect of free speech doctrine that some folks here struggle to grasp.
Bottom-line re: porn — It’s a pretty permissive definition overall, though it can be frustrating to have something un-featured that you thought complied with the TOS.
I know the Global MODs probably watch this stream like a hawk, and they’ve unfeatured stuff before, but I’m really just trying to understand and comply while at the same time creating a space for free sexual expression.
Finally, an obligatory shout-out to boobs, booty, legsetc, and other streams here for breaking the ground for a stream like this to exist.
