My doctor and her practice group will not accept Medicare or Medicaid patients. Many young people will choose other fields of study, based on the shortages seen in the Medicare For All U.K. They are so desperate for doctors that they are considering a special program to train pharmacists. Also, private insurance will still be avilable. The supreme court ruled in the case of Youngstown Sheet and TubeSteel versus Sawyer, that the government cannot seize the business assets (in this case customers) of a company, just because they don't like the way things are being run. People who can afford insurance and their MFA tax will probably buy private care like they do in the UK and Canada.
