We need an amendment for freedom of speech. Yah know, since we already have it.

Spoken like a man who ignores the disparity of opportunity women face due to institutional sexism. And, we already have an amendment guaranteeing freedom of speech. Which amendment guarantees women the equal rights they did not enjoy when the Constitution was written? Every good lawyer will tell you, "If it isn't in writing, it isn't a right."

Hahaha "disparity of opportunity"...more made up nonsense. There is codified law that prohibits employment discrimination based on gender. It's called Equal Opportunity Employment Act. Go read it.

Further this moronical narrative that women are not included in the writing of "all men are created equal" in the Constitution and that Constitution was intentionally written to marginalize women has been roundly rejected in the courts. (Note: I am not saying you made this argument, though you may be postulating such an argument. I am simply stating the argument that is being espoused by moron liberals mouthpieces like Meryl Streep).

I have a strong sense you are conflating "equal opportunity" with "equality of outcomes". This is why you cannot show any institutional or codified law that deprives women of opportunity.

When you are willing to give up a substanital amount of pay to be "Equal." to women, let me know. Meantime, just blow off as much right wing smoke as you wish. I've heard the same argument for decades about women, or people of color, or people who are of a non-majority religion. Your side is equal opportunity in its assertion that non-while males have equal access and face no discrimination. I guess that means they are just inferior to you, right?

Hahahaha...and now we have admitted we are talking about equality of outcomes. By way of complaining about the wage gap, which doesn't exist. Everytime the wage difference is examined economist find there is no gap when accounting for the difference in choices made between men and women.

I have never met anyone who is in denial who understands that they are in denial. Have a blissful life.

It is not about outcome, it is about self interest. You equate someone getting what they deserve with you losing what you have amassed. You are afraid a truely free market will result in you being worth less to employers.

Where did I make such an equation? Oh that's right I didn't.

In fact, you're the one telling me I have to give up a portion of my salary. And now you are just projecting your own words on to me as if I am afraid of losing something.

Women have equal rights. There is no pay gap, this has been demonstrated time and time again. Stating there is a pay gap in spite of the mountains of economic evidence to the contrary makes you sound like a flat earther.
