Reddit has different Subreddits, sort of like ImgFlip has different streams. Whereas ImgFlip is all images (memes and gifs), Reddit can have text only and video submissions, also.

The Subreddit r/woooosh is where people submit screenshots of comments that shows the person didn't get the joke. Using the title of the Subreddit in a reply to a comment is a condensed way to say, "Hey, you son of a motherless goat, you didn't get the joke."
