These are the same guys who just pulled a bait-and-switch with the Stone sentencing recommendation, and then resigned when the DOJ rescinded the recommendation.

This is just more shady shenanigans out of Muellers prosecution team.

Another victim of Mueller's HOAX.

Like many felons before him, he made a deal, to avoid a longer prison sentence, and get his kid off the hook for his involvement. Now, he senses a better deal can be made. Your Toadies for Trump are as predictable as rain in Oregon!

As the inmates in the Federal Prison a friend of mine works at, "If you can't do the time, don't do the crime." The evidence against Flynn is overwhelming. Nothing has changed since that evidence led to his indictment on multiple felonies. He has already admitted, under oath, that he "did the crimes." Unless, you are saying that he lied under oath. But, that would mean that he perjured himself. So, he is a liar, no matter how you look at it.

The whole Mueller investigation was a fraud and a hoax, riddled with irregularities and bad faith acting. Anyone charged with perjury over that hoax should and will be pardoned. I think the lawyer got busted for financial crimes. Okay, fair enough. But the rest is bs and you know it.

I support law enforcement. I always have. The fact is that some people have been found not guilty of certain crimes, but most have been found guilty. Multiple juries in multiple jurisdictions have heard all the evidence gathered by the Special Prosecutor and found muliple defendents guilty. How many hundreds of people who never met each other had to participate in a conspiracy to commit this "hoax." Don't any of you Toadies ever consider the facts? And, the president can pardon those for whom laws don't matter.

On the side issue, he has brought dishonor to his uniform by trying to shirk his responsibility. As a flag officer, he is in a club of unique individuals. They do not expect their fellow members to be perfect. But, they expect them to take responsibility. He has failed to do so, very publicly. And, like a coward, he is trying to avoid the consequences for his felonous behavior. He is a disgrace.
