Have you ever had this argument ?

hyper-partisan f**kwits are true believers.they are not interested in viewpoint that challenges their own,small and limited,understandings.

they seek the comfort of certitude,coated with an ignorance that displays as arrogance.

and if you poke,prod or needle that warm and comfy space...
they will react violently,perceive you as an enemy,and treat you as such.
they become shrieking harpies of bile and vitriol.

I don't take it personal.
I realize it has little to do with me and far more to do with their false sense of comfort and security.
although I do tend to hard troll them into a gelatinous pool of ineffectual rage.
because: I am an asshole.

but I find it not just a "liberal" thing.
plenty of delusion to go around.
