A two tiered legal system destroys the Rule of Law. In spite of any shortcomings in our current system of justice, it is a drastically better alternative because most importantly it can be corrected by the people through a clear process. In a two tier system the top tier always wins, the bottom tier always loses and membership in the top tier is exclusive. We all stand to lose if we allow politics to pervert justice just to try to take out one term limited President.

The political climate SHOULD scare everyone but the coup happened already-on 11/8/16.What LOYAL President attacks members of our OWN intelligence community? Trump had them put Reality Winner in jail for leaking info he wanted buried that Russia had hacked the DNH(w/in 24 hours of Trumps "Russia if you're listening"*? broadcast) They infiltrated swing state voter databases,as well as flooded social media sites-just as they are doing now thanks to Trumps buddy Mitch McConnell blocking EVERY proposed cyber security bill! It pays well-that's why Mitch wife, Elaine Chao got to be appointed to Trumps cabinet-just like Acosta did for covering up the Epstein fiasco.
If any of these folks in you meme had done anything legally actionable,Trump attack dog "CoverUp Barr" would get them & they'd be where poor Reality Winner is now! Trump fired Comey for not being willing to set up HRC.Tried the same BS on McCabe.He then forced early "retirement" upon the poor fellow cause HE wouldn't play ball. DT then vindictively proceeded hack the emails of FBI Agents Lisa Page & Peter Strozk.Deliberately outed 2 loyal FBI employees for having an affair because they hadn't done ANYTHING legally wrong-so the only way he could destroy them was to get them discliplined for dicey personal romances within the office.DT hoped to hurt Mrs.Pages marriage & possibly cause custody issues.Trumps REVOLTING display, fat old geezer aping what he imagined in his sick,sex obsessed brain to be Lisa Pages orgasm onstage in front of a bunch of dimwitted double digit I.Q Trump fans was one of the most nauseating displays ever..in a long line of disgusting displays,beginning w/his mocking of a handicapped reporter.Felt a frantic urge to douse my eyes w/disinfectant after seeing his rancid performance. The country is dead. When I read comments like this, it's proof. Mueller outed Strozk and Page when he had to remove them from his Russiagate team. It wasn't an issue that they were rolling in the sack, it was their emails and texts on FBI servers and archives about the implementation of a plan to take out Trump-"Crossfire Hurricane"- in military terms a crossfire is designed to take out everyone, the utter destruction of a hurricane is well known. When you look at this analytically with an open mind, view the facts, look at everything in context a reasonable person would see that you are only emotionalizing and regurgitating Deep State lies that have been aired in the media ad nauseum. When hard core partisans cannot set aside their biases to acknowledge the truth, the American Dream is dead. I'm not going to go into a defense of Trump, my intent has been to to point out that due process has been destroyed- not just for Trump but for you. Burden of proof has been destroyed, not just for Trump, but for you. Rules of evidence has been destroyed, not just for Trump, but for you. When the DOJ selectively refuses to prosecute clear, numerous and egregious violations of law of it's elitist members, when they are not held to account for real crimes, but citizens who are not members of the upper tier who have been criminalized by the top tier's actions are prosecuted to the full and even extreme extent of the law, you are the one most harmed. No one who is in the second tier has any protection under the law. As for Trump's fitness to govern- democrats have proclaimed for years they are the defenders of the minority class, fighting the man and minority conditions worsened. Look at the real numbers of minority unemployment and their ability to achieve real liberty by virtue of improving economic equality. You won't because you are too partisan. Watch The Lives of Others- I guarantee you'll like it. I watched it with former East German friends who said it was as close to the truth as you could get. It's a German made film.

What President attacks LOYAL members of our spy agencies? Come on, move your thinking to a little higher level. LOYAL to whom? A President elected by 63 million people for four years or their own self-interests? Did anyone elect these LOYAL bureaucrats? Again LOYAL to whom?
The "Russia if you're listening comment" was a joke if you take it in the full context. What is that context? Hillary had been subpoenaed to produce 33,000 emails from an illegal private server she had set up against Federal law- which she had destroyed. Destruction of evidence is a crime others are serving time in jail for. She tampered witnesses, and those emails turned up on Anthony Weiner's private laptop when he was prosecuted for his crimes. She says she couldn't find the evidence, but Julian Assange found them and he hacked the DNC servers, not Trump. The list goes on but it is wasted time trying to point you to the facts. Clinton is in the top tier.
When Bill Clinton was impeached, no one cared that he was jambing an intern with a cigar, it was that he lied under oath, tampered with witnesses and 9 other felonies. My greatest concern was that he could not be held above the law, regardless of his title. He was held above the law until he got out of office, then he was disbarred, lost his law license and was subjected to various actions of law not under the criminal codes he violated and was sued and lost. You would not have gotten away with any similar action with similar evidence. In fact the Clinton Administration vigorously prosecuted hundreds for these very crimes.
You are in the second tier. Your legal protections have been torn away from you, and you're offended that Trump mocks people who violated the law to try to destroy him, his family and anyone around him. You're offended at Trump for crimes that he never committed, power he in fact never abused, while calling the very people who actually abused their power LOYAL? And the DOJ declines to prosecute. These elite LOYAL bureaucrats are free to do everything they want to serve their own interests at your expense without restraint.

True, they were all perpetrating crimes. But at the numerous points in the time when they could have made decisions involving integrity to end the fraud, they chose to perpetuate the lies. Thanks.

My Dad was an English Prof, so I appreciate your analysis. Though these perpetrators may not be as actively involved in the coup, it is still going on at this minute with an intensity and fury we aren't fully aware of. I know, ended an sentence with a preposition. Used to be able to edit comments, but imgflip took that away.
The FISA court judge who was abused by this hoax appointed an anti-Trumper to get to the bottom of that fraud perpetrated on the court. Talk about telling everyone to go to hell with a neon illuminated middle finger. This is scary stuff.
