Best way to get real help for depression is to get offline and get in touch with people who can help you in real life. The internet can sap your time energy and joy if you use it too much. I should know. I see a significant difference when i log off and go outside, get physically active, read a book, hang out with friends, volunteer and do some good for others, it doesn't hurt to evaluate where you are and where you'd like to be in this time of your life. What excites you and gives you true joy? What kind of talents and skills do you have? Use them! Being online can make you start comparing yourself to others, make you feel insignificant and aggravate depression because you're not being physically active, you're basically hiding behind a screen. That's my 2 cents anyway. I hope you can find some ways to not only cope but improve your mood.
