I had beautiful long hair when I was in my twenties and yes, Head & Shoulders killed it all forcing me to cut it, and that brought me a lot of sadness. And I vowed to never use that stuff again, but I still had half a bottle and yeah, when I was cleaning a few weeks later I had some dirty spots in the kitchen sink I could not get removed, but they did look very disguisting and yeah, I did decide to use that left over Head & Shoulders I had left and it did go away and I didn't even to use effort. That stuff is wonderful to clean your kitchen or bathroom.... For my hair it was lethal... well almost, as I am not bald now, but my hair is certainly no longer suitable to keep long...
