The guys in legal are ignorant of how the law works. The House was responsible for gathering all evidence, producing witnesses and presenting the case to the Senate. The Senate acts as jurors to decide the case. There is no court in the United States that requires the jurors to provide the witnesses and evidence. You don't be such a hater dupe, educate yourself.
