The first step in a lawsuit like this is discovery. Hillary gets to look at all Tulsi's papers. Tulsi won't like that.

In common law, BOTH sides get to do discovery.

Since Hillary is so corrupt and has way more to hide than Tulsi does, I think Hillary is more worried than Tulsi. That could be why Hillary is hiding and trying not to get served.

Your comment makes no sense. If it was Tulsi that didn't want to be served, then your comment would make sense, but not when it's HRC that's avoiding the process server.
