I'm betting CNN left out the part in their reporting that the freshly installed section of wall only fell because the cement foundation that it's attached to wasn't dry yet when the winds came in and blew it down.
Agent Carlos Pitones of the Customs and Border Protection in El Centro, California, told CNN that the new concrete foundation had no yet cured when the wall panels fell down from windy conditions.
This is a classic example of why we call CNN Fake News.
Funny how CNN has repeatedly reported that Trump hasn't actually built any new wall,rather only repaired existing wall....now one falls down and suddenly it's Trump's new wall.
