It's a meme criticizing Democrats for bringing in more illegal aliens. We can fix the illegal alien problem while the 55 work jobs to pay to have homes built or live in an apartment building.

Sure, it's using the housing shortage to create an issue with immigration.

But if you actually care about housing, you need to build houses, and by the meme's own math, deporting immigrants will still give you a housing crisis.
