Interestingly it originates from what appears to be a fake news site called, Defense one and is owned by Government Media Executive Group LLC. Affiliated with The atlantic and a few other media outlets which I dont have familiarity with. In addition, it only appears on yahoo and mostly smaller news sites without so much as a blip from any larger MSM channels.

The panskeptic as with most of the negative people provides no link to the original article. Which if read actually has multiple officers and experts stating that the reason why Trump has stated a different view of things is to de-escalate the situation. If he was serving they probably would think it was an insult as a left leaning idiot who cant understand the whole picture. But below is the link and you could decide for yourself if panskeptic is a liar. I say yes but he can defend nothing if the article he bases this meme on clearly offers a bigger picture of the situation than this trolling meme presents.
