Well, yeah. Ending the obstruction of congressional subpoenas would be a quick and easy way to get out from under Impeachment Article II, and would help ensure a fair trial
There’s still that pesky Impeachment Article I though
THE SENATE TRIAL WILL NOT BE FAIR BECAUSE THE PRESIDENT IS NOT GIVING US THE INFO WE WANTED SO EVEN THOUGH THAT WAS THE BASIS FOR CHARGING HIM OBSTRUCTION OF CONGRESS IN THE 2ND ARTICLE OF IMPEACHMENT I'M STILL ASKING FOR THAT INFO TO BE GIVEN HERE WHICH WOULD EFFECTIVELY NULLIFY THAT CHARGE, AND BLA BLA BLA
