Not to discourage you but.
1. You just got here, its good to hang out for awhile make friends, get the hang of meming before starting a stream.
2. Browse through streams that have already been made, follow ones that interest you, become active and contribute to them, maybe someone will see you stand out and ask you to be mod.
3. What are your interests? Have a goal in mind when creating a stream, if you've looked for a stream on a specific topic and haven't seen it and no one else knows of one, go ahead and start one. But as you can see there are already hundreds of streams so don't reinvent the wheel if you don't have to.
4. After doing all of the above and you still want to make your own steam by all means go for it! Being owner and MOD of a stream means you will need to face clear rules and guidelines so that others know the aim and purpose of the stream and will submit memes accordingly. You will have to deal with trolls in memes and comments, you will have to step in if the TOS of imgflip are violated, you will get people who love you and people who hate you. As your stream grows you should carefully choose who the other mods will be. They will also determine the direction the stream will go. It's not a role to be taken lightly but still can be fun.
Hope this helps!
