Why don't doctors just have infected people spit into the mouths of uninfected people ala South Park (chickenpox episode)?

Why don't doctors just encourage women to breast feed their children so that their immune system develops naturally?

Why don't doctors just encourage the FDA to monitor food production so that proper nutrition is assured, since proper nutrition boosts immunity?
