So what you're saying is, it doesn't really matter to you whether or not you can remove him from office. All you care about is staining his legacy, right?
While I think that's very 4th grade, I would like to point out that the only legacies being stained are the klowns in the house (nervous Nancy, shifty Schiff, slobby Nadler) who forced the articles of impeachment through, without allowing any testimony or evidence that contradicts the made up evidence they used.
That's exactly why the Founders gave the responsibility for the trial to the senate. At some point, the adults have to take over.
